What Is Allocated Cash?

Allocated cash is a specific portion of a player’s real money balance that has been set aside (“allocated”) for use before any bonus funds. It forms part of the player’s total real cash but operates under its own rules in gameplay and wagering.

Allocated cash is not a bonus and is not subject to wagering requirements. Instead, it is real money that must be used in a defined order and is only usable in the chosen product/ game set that it is set aside for.

Example Scenario

A player has:

  • £20 Available
  • £20 Allocated (slots only)
  • £30 Bonus (slots only)
If the player opens an eligible slots game:
Card

Displayed balance: £20 Available + £20 Allocated + £30 Bonus
System will use the £20 Allocated first, followed by the available followed by the bonus.

If the player opens an excluded game (e.g., Starburst when bonus is for Big Bass only):
Card

Displayed balance: £20 Available + £20 Allocated
Only cash shows. Bonus is hidden and unusable. Allocated cash will be consumed first but will not contribute to wagering progress.

How Allocated Cash Works

  1. It is real money
  • Allocated cash is always real funds, not bonus.
  • It can be converted to winnings exactly like any other cash balance, and winnings from allocated cash become normal available cash.
  • You can choose to withdraw allocated cash at any time, but bonuses may be forfeited.
  1. It has spending priority

The system forces allocated cash to be used first where applicable.
Example from internal emails:

  • “You have to use allocated before bonus.”
  • If a player has Available + Allocated + Bonus, the system will first consume allocated when betting.
  • The order of consumption follows our wagering algorithm or wager evolution. Bonus wins -> allocated cash -> available cash -> bonus.
  1. Display differs by game eligibility

From Wagering and Allocated:

  • Eligible game → balance shows Available + Allocated + Bonus
  • Ineligible game → only Available + Allocated show
  • Bonus is hidden if it is not eligible
  • Allocated cash and bonus will be hidden if viewing a game from a different product. Ie. Allocated to slots, but you’re viewing/playing a Live casino game.
  1. Allocated cash wagering contribution

Allocated cash WILL contribute to wagering same as available cash does in the current system when used in an eligible way (on an eligible game) and WILL NOT contribute when used outside of the promotional restrictions. Allocated will be consumed first in all situations.

Example Scenario

A player has:

  • £20 Available
  • £20 Allocated (slots only)
  • £30 Bonus (slots only)

If the player opens an eligible slots game:

Displayed balance: £20 Available + £20 Allocated + £30 Bonus
System will use the £20 Allocated first, followed by the available followed by the bonus.

If the player opens an excluded game (e.g., Starburst when bonus is for Big Bass only):

Displayed balance: £20 Available + £20 Allocated
Only cash shows. Bonus is hidden and unusable. Allocated cash will be consumed first but will not contribute to wagering progress.
