Terms & Conditions
  1. This competition is a network promotion across Magical Vegas, Regal Wins, Lucky VIP and Spin and win and runs from 16.09.24 to 22.09.2024.
  2. Promo is by invitation only for funded players and who can see this offer in their “Promos” section on Lucky VIP.
  3. Players must opt in (using the opt in button on the promotion page) and wager a minimum cumulative of £150 cash or more on all games during the promotional period to get 5 entry into the competition.
  4. Qualifying players will be drawn at random on 23.09.24 and 1 player will win two tickets to see Janet Jackson live in concert.

Prize Terms

  1. All winners & guests must be 18 years or over. Official photographic ID may be requested to be provided where the customer/guest appears under the age of 21.
  2. Travel expenses to/from event venues will not be covered by Lucky VIP, unless stated in the promotional text.
  3. Where overnight accommodation is included, this will be on a bed and breakfast basis. Any additional costs are to be paid for by the winner/guest.
  4. Whilst we attempt to assist where possible, Lucky VIP cannot be held responsible for any special assistance required at an event.
  5. No cash alternatives and no gifting of tickets will be available
  6. Events may be cancelled or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, power outages, venue cancellations and act cancellations.
  7. All winners must have an active account on the day of the event.
  8. All winners must have an enabled Lucky VIP account on the day of the draw.
  9. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the winner/guest being removed from the event. Lucky VIP reserved the right to judge whether any behavior is inappropriate.
  10. Lucky VIP reserves the right to withdraw the event offer within a reasonable timeframe of the event starting.

General Terms:

  • Lucky VIP reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
  • Lucky VIP reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
  • Lucky VIP reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
  • This offer is not available to all Lucky VIP. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  • As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
  • Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
  • We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
