8. Prize Draw entries will be awarded once the qualifying criteria have been met.
9. Each additional £10 staked will award one additional entry (or two on each week’s selected game), with no maximum entries limit.
10. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
11. Each week’s qualifying players will be entered into a £25K cash prize draw which will be drawn at random taking place on the following Monday, the first one being on Monday 27^th July.
12. The only exception to the previous term is the very last prize draw which will take place on Tuesday 1^st September.

14. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all players who meet the qualification criteria.
15. Additionally to the six £25K cash prize draws, there will also be a £20K cash sharepot for all qualifiers which will be conducted on Tuesday 1st September 2026.
16. To qualify for the £20K cash sharepot, a player needs to have met the qualifying criteria for receiving a prize draw entry at least once within the six-week Promotional Period.
17. The £20K cash sharepot will be divided into the total number of prize draw entries accumulated by all qualifiers during the six weeks, and will pay each player the proportional cash amount according to how many entries they accumulated.
18. The Promoter will strive to conduct the prize draw and sharepot results in a timely manner however if any difficulties occur, technical or otherwise, the draw will be conducted no later than 72h after the initial date.
19. Prizes will be awarded and winners contacted no later than 72h after the draw. Please ensure the contact details on your account are up to date.
20. Cash prizes have no wagering requirements and can be used immediately on any game.
21. Prize draw entries, cash prizes and sharepot will take into account all qualifying players across the network.

General Terms and Conditions

22. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
23. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
24. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
25. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
26. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
27. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
28. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
29. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
30. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
31. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
32. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
33. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
34. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
35. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
