Your account may show different balances when you join promotions. Here’s what each one means and how it works. 

Real Available vs Real Allocated

Real Available Balance

Your normal cash. You can play with it or withdraw it anytime (standard checks apply).

Real Allocated Balance

Your real money that’s temporarily reserved for a promotion.

It’s still yours, but it must follow the promotion rules before becoming fully available again.

When You Might See Allocated Balance

You may have allocated funds if you:

• Activate a deposit offer
• Join promotions or tournaments
• Claim rewards that need tracked play
• Take part in offers with wagering conditions

What to Keep in Mind

When playing with allocated funds:

• Some games may not count towards the offer
• Withdrawing early may cancel the promotion
• Wagering or promo rules may apply

Which Balance Is Used First?

When you place bets, funds are usually used in this order:

1. Real Allocated Balance
2. Real Available Balance
3. Bonus Balance

If you have an active bonus, different terms and conditions may apply.

How Your Balance Works Across Games

What you see in your balance can change depending on the game you’re playing:

• Games that you can fully use your balance on – you’ll see Allocated + Available + Bonus
• Games that don’t allow certain balance types – some balances may be hidden:
  • Bonus won’t appear if the game isn’t eligible
  • Allocated funds won’t appear if they aren’t valid for that game
• Live Bonus: Allocated cash could be used on Live from Nottingham Roulette, but not on Premium European Roulette as it isn’t a live game.
• Instant Win Bonus: Allocated cash could be used on The Golden Grand Scratcher, but not on Big Bass Bonanza because it’s a slots game.

When You’ll See Your Allocated Balance

• Playing Big Bass Bonanza: you’ll see Allocated + Available + Bonus
